Founded in 1968, Beyer
Blinder Belle Architects of New York, NY, are responsible
for the exterior design of the City Center residential towers. The

Belle has designed some of the nation’s most impressive buildings
including New York City’s Grand Central Terminal’s restoration

York, NY are the architects for City Center's two residential
condominium towers. Since its formation in 1989, Costas Kondylis and
Partners LLP have completed 45 major residential towers in metropolitan
New York. The firm specializes in the design of complex large-scale
residential towers, as well as education, hotel and mixed-use building
types. Notable Manhattan projects include: Trump World Tower, 845
U.N. Plaza; Morton Square, 1 Morton Square; Beekman Regent, 351 East

and architect for City Center.
In addition, Street-Works was the Master Planner and spearheaded
the team in the entitlement process for the entire project. Street-Works,
LLC is nationally recognized as a consultant, strategist and architect
for urban and mixed-use projects. Their client base includes cities,
institutional corporations, development companies and individuals

Founded in 1986 in Bedford
Hills, NY, IQ Landscape Architects offer a full
range of services in landscape architecture, urban design and environmental
planning. The company’s clients have included corporate, commercial,
and residential communities, as well as the public sector. IQ Landscape
is responsible for site developments for many Westchester County
corporations including Reader’s Digest, IBM Corporate Headquarters,
Pepsi-Cola Co. World Headquarters, and Stouffer Renaissance Hotel.
The firm has also designed streetscapes for the City of Yonkers,

manager for the 35-story high-rise residential tower at City Center,
and will be responsible for complete safety and construction oversight.
HRH, which specializes in concrete high-rise construction in urban
locations, has been a major force in the New York City metropolitan
area’s construction industry for more than 75 years. The firm
has managed the construction of many of the region’s most
notable projects, including the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center,
Citicorp Center, the Gateway Center retail complex, ongoing renovations,
additions and upgrades to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Center, and
Bank Street Commons in White Plains. |
